Inspiring Africa Social Media Campaign

 

Miran worked with Western Union to produce their Africa social media campaign marking their 20 years providing remittance services on the continent.

The aim of the social media campaign was to demonstrate that remittances have improved the economic and social lives in Africa as well as making money transfers safe and easy. Miran unearthed inspirational stories of African entrepreneurs and change-makers using remittance monies to help others.

Miran’s team of award winning content producers flew to several African countries and captured the video content. Miran’s social media strategists worked with the Western Union digital team to effectively share the Africa social media content.

This Africa social media campaign achieved exceptional results and generated over 1,500,000 video views and a content reach of 6,500,000 people.
